How do I pay?
We use Paypal to process all payments which means you can use your Paypal account or any major credit/debit card. You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes, we ship worldwide, all orders are sent 'signed-for' (recorded).
Can I return an item if not satisfied?

How quickly do you dispatch items?
We aim to dispatch your items within 2 working days, if there is any delay we will get in touch and let you know. If you need your item sooner please get in touch and we shall try our best to accommodate.
What if my package goes missing?
All orders are sent 'signed-for' recorded delivery, if you haven’t received your item and are concerned it may have gone missing please contact Royal Mail first to enquire about the whereabouts of your item.

Delivery & Returns
Once you have completed the checkout process you will receive a confirmation email from us and from PayPal, please retain these for your records. Once you have received your confirmation email your items will be sent out within two working days.
Second Class Signed For - £4.90
First Class Signed For - £7.00
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
The cost of P&P to Mainland Europe for one item is £9 Allow 5-7 working days after dispatch for delivery.
The cost of worldwide P&P is £12. Worldwide shipping can take up to three weeks to arrive with you, most arrive within 10 days.
We use Royal Mail to send our items. We always send recorded so you can keep track of your item. If for any reason your item does not reach you within 2 weeks, please call the post office first.Returns Policy
If for any reason you would like to return an item from our house brand or vintage inspired items, we would be happy to offer an exchange or refund.
YOU MUST EMAIL US FIRST BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM STATING YOUR REASON FOR RETURN.
All original tags must be attached
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received
All items have not been worn
All items are free of any odours
All items must be in saleable condition
For our Original Vintage items returns will be accepted if the goods are in anyway not as described on the original listing. We will not accept returns if the item does not fit for original vintage items or you change your mind – please read the size guidelines carefully and send any questions to firstname.lastname@example.org before purchasing.
Please send your returns recorded delivery within 14 days of receiving your order and by Royal Mail Recorded delivery or your local overseas recorded delivery postal service. . We can not take any responsibility for items lost in the post If parcels are lost or damaged, the customer must request a tracking number and lodge a claim with Royal Mail. .
Postage and packing is not refunded (this includes the original delivery cost and return postage).. The ONLY exemption to this is if the item is faulty.
